Adhere strictly to IJCSDI typesetting, two-column column layouts, fonts, and citation styles to expedite peer review.
For initial review submission, authors MUST NOT include author names, institutional affiliations, emails, funding acknowledgments, or identifying institutional references in the main manuscript text or file metadata. Author details must be entered solely in the online submission form.
1. Permissible Article Types
Original Research Article
Reports novel theoretical formulations, algorithm designs, experimental validations, or empirical system implementations.
Comprehensive Review Article
Critical evaluation and taxonomy of cutting-edge computational paradigms with open challenges and future directions.
Short Communication / Technical Note
Concise reports of significant breakthroughs, software tool architectures, or verified preliminary findings.
2. Manuscript Anatomy & Section Guidelines
Title Page & Metadata
- Title: Concise, informative, and devoid of non-standard abbreviations (max 20 words).
- Abstract: Self-contained single paragraph (150–250 words) detailing Background, Objective, Methodology, Results, and Significance.
- Keywords: 4 to 6 specific keywords separated by semicolons (e.g., Deep Learning; Graph Neural Networks; Differential Privacy).
Main Body Structure
- Introduction: Research motivation, problem definition, and explicit summary of contributions.
- Related Work: Critical positioning with respect to recent high-impact scholarly literature.
- Proposed Methodology: Mathematical formulation, pseudocode algorithms, and system architecture.
- Experimental Evaluation: Benchmark datasets, baseline comparisons, evaluation metrics, and error analysis.
- Discussion & Limitations: Honest scientific interpretation, edge cases, and computational complexity.
- Conclusion & Future Work: Succinct synthesis of findings and actionable future trajectories.
Mandatory Ethical Declarations
- Conflict of Interest: Explicit disclosure of any financial, personal, or institutional interests.
- Funding Statement: Sponsor name, grant numbers, or declaration: "This research received no external funding."
- Data Availability Statement: Public repository URL (GitHub/Zenodo) or statement regarding raw data access.
- Generative AI Disclosure: Transparent declaration of any AI writing, coding, or grammar assistance tools used.
References & Citations
- Style: Consistent IEEE numeric bracket style [1] or standard APA format.
- DOI Inclusions: Active HTTPS DOI links (e.g., https://doi.org/10.xxxx/yyyy) required for all cited papers.
- Self-Citation Limit: Excessive self-citation (>15% of total bibliography) is prohibited.
3. Technical Formatting Specifications
Layout & Typography
- Standard A4 Page Size (210 mm x 297 mm) with 1-inch (25.4 mm) margins.
- Font: Times New Roman or Georgia, 10 pt for body text.
- Line Spacing: 1.5 line spacing with continuous line numbering.
- Heading Hierarchy: Numbered sections (1. Introduction, 1.1 Background, etc.).
Figures & Tables
- High-resolution figures (minimum 300 DPI for photographs, 600 DPI for line art).
- Vector formats (PDF, EPS, SVG) preferred for graphs and diagrams.
- All tables must be editable text tables (not embedded bitmap images).
- Every figure and table must be explicitly cited in the text in chronological order.
