Authors Retain Full Copyright
Authors maintain unrestricted copyright and intellectual property rights over their scholarly work. Authors grant IJCSDI a non-exclusive license to publish, index, and archive the Version of Record.
Green Open Access & Self-Archiving
Authors retain complete freedom to deposit preprints, postprints, and the final published Version of Record (PDF) into institutional repositories, subject archives (e.g. arXiv, Zenodo), or personal websites without embargo.
Adherence to the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI)
“By ‘open access’ to this literature, we mean its free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself.”
The only role for copyright in this domain is to give authors control over the integrity of their work and the right to be properly acknowledged and cited. IJCSDI also fully complies with the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing and the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities.

IJCSDI encourages computational research on its corpus. Full-text XML and PDF files may be indexed, parsed, and mined by automated crawlers, natural language processing pipelines, and AI research tools without requiring special authorization.
Long-Term Digital Preservation
To guarantee perpetual access across generations, all published articles and metadata are deposited into distributed archival networks including the PKP Preservation Network, LOCKSS/CLOCKSS nodes, and permanent Crossref DOI registries.
