To promote inclusive international participation during the inaugural volumes:
- Current APC: $0 USD (No publication fee).
- Submission Fee: $0 USD (Free submission).
- Waiver Policy: Should nominal production charges be introduced in subsequent volumes, automated 100% waivers will be granted to corresponding authors affiliated with institutions in low- and lower-middle-income economies as designated by the World Bank.
